All technical work performed by the Institute is performed at the main facility, on the outskirts of Las Vegas. This includes laboratory work, data custody, computation, cohort intake, and every field run conducted under any program designator. No technical work is performed at any other location and none is subcontracted out.
The facility comprises four buildings and the controlled ground surrounding them, held under a long-term lease. The street address is withheld under the terms of the governing contracts and is not released on request. Deliveries are arranged in advance through the shipping desk.

Administrative correspondence with awarding offices only. The liaison office performs no technical work, holds no records, and cannot answer questions regarding any program. Mail and deliveries directed to this office are routed to the post office box in Las Vegas.
The three field sites lie within the controlled ground of the main facility, in Clark and Nye counties, Nevada. Field sites are not open to the public and do not accept correspondence, deliveries, or telephone contact. Site 4 has been in caretaker status since March 1998. All correspondence relating to a field site should be addressed to the post office box above. Site locations are given by county in the applicable technical report and are not published on this server.
NASRI does not maintain a press office and does not respond to unsolicited media inquiry. Statements regarding work performed under contract are issued by the sponsoring office, not by NASRI. Requests for comment should be directed to the sponsoring office named in the applicable contract.
Persons who participated in a study administered by the former Civilian Research Division should direct inquiries in writing to the Records Office at the address above, or to records@nasri-us.com. A written inquiry should state the participant's full name, the approximate dates of participation, and the enrollment site. Records are held subject to Retention Schedule RS-6. Not all records remain available.
Contractors, technical leads, and assessors requiring access to the secure intranet architecture should use the personnel login. Credential problems should be reported to the cognizant program office and not by electronic mail to this server.
