Publications and Technical Reports

National Adaptive Stress Research Institute

The listing below covers unclassified and public-release technical reports produced by NASRI staff and consulting personnel. Abstracts are provided where the sponsoring office has cleared them for release. Full documents are not posted to this server and are available by written request only, subject to the procedure described at the bottom of this page.

Report numbering follows the series NASRI-TR-YY-NNN, where YY is the year of first issue and NNN is the sequential number within that year. Page counts include appendices and instrumentation tables. Revised editions carry the original report number and are noted in the entry.

Electronic retrieval of report text was suspended on 18 December 1998 when the document server was taken out of service. Retrieval links are retained below pending removal. Requests should be submitted in writing in the meantime.

Requesting Documents

Full documents are released by written request. Electronic mail requests are accepted at records@nasri-us.com. Requests submitted on paper should be addressed to:

Records Office
National Adaptive Stress Research Institute
P.O. Box 26140
Las Vegas, Nevada 89126

A request must state the report number, the requester's full name, the requester's mailing address, and the organization on whose behalf the request is made. Requests that do not include the report number cannot be processed and will be returned. A separate request is required for each document. Requests are processed in the order received. Normal handling time is six to eight weeks from the date of receipt and may be longer during the fourth quarter.

Certain documents require a sponsor letter. A sponsor letter is a signed statement on organizational letterhead from a federal, municipal, or industrial partner identifying the requester and stating the purpose for which the document is sought. Documents in this category are marked in the listing above by the absence of a cleared abstract. Requests for these documents received without a sponsor letter will be held for ninety days pending receipt of the letter and then closed.

Reports marked withdrawn from public distribution are not released under any request category. Reports marked superseded are released only together with the superseding document.

NASRI does not maintain a mailing list and does not issue publication announcements. General inquiries should be directed to inquiries@nasri-us.com. Contract and procurement correspondence should be directed to contracts@nasri-us.com. See also Research Areas and Administrative Notices.
